Cancellation Policy

Heartline Productions, Inc. offers high quality, first-class programs. Our cancellation policy offers the following options:

All cancellations must be in writing and delivered by postal mail, courier, by hand or faxed to Heartline Productions. Voice-mail, email or verbal communication does not constitute official cancellation. A cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which Heartline Productions, Inc. receives written notification, fax or postal mail. Should the registrant fail to notify Heartline Productions, Inc. in writing of any changes and not arrive at the event, there will be no refund and no credit issued.

The Love & Money Summit Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- 61 to 120 days prior to the Summit: Credit less 30% of full Summit costs.
- 31 to 60 days prior to the Summit: Credit less 40% of full Summit costs.
- 0 to 30 days prior to the Summit: Credit or refund is not available.
If for any reason, the registrant cannot participate in the Summit, they may find another person to attend in their place. Written notification containing the substitute’s name and contact information must be sent to Heartline Productions, Inc. by postal mail, courier, by hand or fax. No refund will be issued by Heartline Productions. Any monetary exchange between the registrant and the substitute will remain between those parties.
